After working with Melissa in 2018 during our cross country move, she showed us probably 25-30 homes within a 45 mile radius. Because of deadlines, we landed on a house that was not ideal, but it was move-in ready and would sell fast because of the neighborhood once we found what we’re looking for. Melissa remained in touch with us over the years with postcards, publications, and showing us property’s that fit our goals and lifestyle. Melissa is a model Realtor and Broker who cares. When we experienced minor buyer and seller’s remorse, she reminded us of our previous conversations discussing our ‘new’ house dreams and the pure joy we experienced as asking price offers rolled in with in hours of our home being listed, and how my spouse and I wanted to consider our amazing neighbors in the selling process. It all worked out and it was all meant to be as all of our goal lists were checked. She was there for us and so proud to have her as our neighbor! Our local Haring office was so flexible and understanding with us in the process of getting our home picture perfect. This was a deeply emotionally confusing process out of all of our cross-country relocations and moves (20 in total!). We were also in the midst of grief and mourning as our beloved pet dog tragically died a couple days before closing on our dream property. We had to cancel several times due to incomplete work of contractors, common homeowner surprises, and completing projects we were in the middle of when our dream property popped up on the market. Haring was caring and considerate of our circumstances. Once the photographer (I cannot remember her name, but is was beautifully unique and uncommon) showed up, I was a wreck trying to finalize and clean-up after the projects that contractors left behind. The photographer was SO understanding, and we had a great conversation surrounding our experiences in photography. I always have doubts, but she knows exactly what she’s doing and I’m convinced that because of her photography skills is the reason we had 4 showings the same day it was listed. She’s gifted, hardworking, and unmatched in our region—Y’all are so lucky to have her!

This is the fourth time I have worked with Melissa as a realtor. From the very first time to this last time she has been amazing. I’ve sold two houses and bought two houses with her. She goes above and beyond when it comes to a realtor. She knew we had very limited time due to our work and life schedules and made sure we were able to see all the houses we wanted. Even when it meant spending days driving all around Ohio due to our large range. She was extremely knowledgeable and made sure we were aware of things we had overlooked. She made sure to stay within our price range when looking at houses and was on top of sending us houses that had what we wanted.
